By accessing or using JadeBrick (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use JadeBrick. While we implement content filters, we cannot guarantee complete exclusion of NSFW (Not Safe For Work) material from public data sources.

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

• Free Tier: Includes limited access for casual users.
• Pro and Mega Pack Plans: Offer expanded access based on usage volume.
• Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable except where required by law.
• JadeBrick uses third-party providers for secure payment processing.

5. Use of the Service

You may use the Service to generate insights from public data for personal or commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Access data that violates third-party platform terms
• Use JadeBrick for scraping, spamming, or unlawful analysis
• Reverse engineer, duplicate, or commercially resell the platform

6. Data and Privacy

We collect user data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your account data. When your account is deleted, all related information is permanently erased.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and technology used in JadeBrick are the intellectual property of PoloDot LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

8. Availability and Downtime

JadeBrick is provided "as is" without warranty. We strive for 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

9. Termination

You may stop using JadeBrick at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes indicates your acceptance. Major changes will be notified via dashboard or email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
